In Los Angeles in May 2010, with over 30 years of collective experience in the apparel industry, founders Jay Furrow and Philippe Naouri combined their fashion business ideals and vision of wearable art into a walking canvas that emits artistic expression with their new line Artisan de Luxe.

Previously known as Vintage King and Denim Genius, designer Philippe Naouri earned his crown as King of Denim. With more than 20 years of experience in the denim market, Naouri launched his successful line, Antik denim, and has consulted with Diesel, G-Star, Levis, American Eagle, Restoration Hardware, Affliction, and Replay.

The core of Artisan de Luxe’s premium denim for men and women, complemented with knit and woven shirts, dresses, outerwear, fine jewelry and accessories. Leather embellishments, studded details, patchwork, wax treatments, and handcrafted stitching contribute to the innovative and rare look of this collection. The accessories complete the look with belts, watches, scarves, and hats that integrate genuine ostrich and alligator leathers for a true vintage feel.

Created as a showroom for fashion artists, the Artisan de Luxe retail store is located at 8574 Melrose Avenue in the heart of West Hollywood, California.
